Planned Maintenance – This is designed to keep the cost down and extend the life of your equipment no matter what the operation your machines are in. It is a 45 point inspection along with all proper adjustments of the machine. The customer and Atlantic Lift Systems, Inc. will each retain a copy of the work order that list any additional repairs to be needed. A complete service history of any work Atlantic Lift Systems, Inc. does will be available by request.

Fleet Maintenance – This program is available to any account that has 5 or more units. It is part of the contract maintenance process. All work is performed at a fixed rate. A quarterly report is provided that breaks down the cost of the machine into segmented units.

Full Maintenance – This is a program for the customer who wants to make forklift maintenance a budgeted cost over a long period of time. We make it so the customer does not have to manage the maintenance of their fleet because we do it for them.

Contract Maintenance – This covers any maintenance done to the machine to maintain it running on a daily basis, from planned maintenance to routine and or emergency service. On top of the scheduled maintenance Atlantic Lift will also do semi-annual and annual planned maintenance inspections.
